Paxi is owned by the PEP Stores group and uses PEP's 2,500+ retail footprint as its pickup-and-collection network. Senders drop off at one PEP store, recipients collect at another. Pricing is flat by parcel size (S / M / L / XL) regardless of distance, which is unusual and often very cheap on long-haul routes.
The trade-off is speed — Paxi quotes 7 working days metro-to-metro and up to 9 days for regional. This is a budget service, not a same-day option. But the rural reach is exceptional: PEP stores exist in towns where most other couriers route through partners.
