How we grade

Each courier is scored on four components over a rolling window:

• Coverage — share of SA lane-weight combinations the courier prices.
• Price competitiveness — average rank vs other couriers on the same parcel.
• Selection rate — how often shippers pick this courier when offered.
• API uptime — live availability and p95 latency (where integrated).

Grades use a 100-point composite: A+ (≥90), A (80–89), B (70–79), C (60–69), D (50–59), F (<50). Full methodology on the methodology page.
