What is the DeliverAI embed widget?
A drop-in JavaScript widget that shows your customers the cheapest courier for their parcel at checkout, using DeliverAI's live comparison engine across 18 South African couriers. Customers pick, DeliverAI books, you keep the checkout experience.
How does the free Starter tier work?
Full functional widget, up to 100 confirmed bookings per calendar month. Above 100 bookings in a month, you either upgrade or the widget defers to "email support" mode until the next month. The free tier is real — no time-limited trial, no card required.
Do I keep the customer relationship?
Yes. The customer transacts on your site. DeliverAI provides the rate engine and courier booking rails. You keep the merchant relationship, the order data, and the checkout brand.
How is Growth different from Scale?
Growth is co-branded (your logo + a small DeliverAI mark). Scale is fully white-label — customers never see DeliverAI branding, and you can serve it from your own subdomain. Scale is what couriers running their own comparison layer typically want.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes — start on Starter (free), stay there as long as you want. Upgrade only when your volume crosses the tier threshold or when you need paid features (custom branding, white-label, dedicated support).
How do I install it?
Copy-paste a single <script> tag into your checkout. Shopify apps and WooCommerce plugins are on the roadmap. For custom checkouts, we provide a REST API and React component.
What if my platform isn't supported?
Reach out at partners@deliverai.co.za. We'll assess a custom integration — typically covered under Scale or Enterprise.
Is there a lock-in period?
Growth and Scale are month-to-month, 30 days notice to cancel. Enterprise is negotiated per contract (typically 12 months for the volume-priced structure to work).
